Cast iron roof outlets are used on concrete roofs to drain rainwater. The outlets has either flat or dome grates to prevent leaves and other debris to clog the system. They are fixed in mortar and waterproofed with the rest of the roof. The come in 180deg vertical or 90 deg horizontal outlets. They are also fitted with a Upvc adaptor for fixing to rain water pipes.
