Galle Cameo Art Glass Vase. Signed Galle. Circa 1900. This is a fine Galle Cameo Art Glass vase with a lovely shape. It is decorated with 4 different reddish caramel colors over soft yellow color glass. The cherry blossom designs are acid cut, engraved and fire polished. The vase has a bulb shaped top that tapers in to a more narrow bottom, with a visually dramatic darker color. The cherry blossoms suggest an oriental influence in the decoration. Signed Galle. Excellent condition. Antique. C 1900s. 6″ tall and 2.5″ diameter.
