Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with every order from SBC Store. If something is not right, here is how returns, replacements and refunds work.

When you can return an item

A return may be requested if the product is defective, damaged in shipping, missing from your order, or the wrong item was sent.

Return window

Please raise a refund or replacement request within 7 days of receiving your order. If we do not resolve an open ticket within 7 days, the outcome is settled in the buyer’s favour.

Two options

  • Replacement after collection — once our logistics partner collects the item, we ship a replacement.
  • Refund after collection — once the item is collected, we process your refund.

Condition of returned items

To qualify for a refund or replacement, office products and stationery must be returned in “new” condition with their original packaging. Items that do not meet this standard are not eligible. SBC Store covers the cost of return shipping.

How a replacement works

  1. Tell us your reason for return.
  2. We review and approve or decline the request.
  3. You return the product to us.
  4. We ship the replacement and cover the related shipping charges.

If we do not respond to a valid request within 3 days, an automatic refund is processed.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via our payment partner (RazorPay). Banks may take a few business days to reflect the amount.
